RiR PEUTE GOUTTE
Peute Goutte is the name of a former farmhouse in the Vosges region of France and is the site for the program Researcher in Residence (RiR) in a Non-Urban Environment, maintained by International Photography Research (IPhoR). Demand for studio space in non-urban environments has increased in recent years among visual artists, researchers and art critics – a situation confirmed by the Netherlands Fund for Visual Arts and Trans Artists. Given this interest, IPhoR is making available this Researcher-in-Residence (RiR) facility in France, RiR Peute Goutte.
This website provides information on the RiR Peute Goutte, the locale and cultural setting, the house facilities and immediate environment, and overview of availability and procedures for application.
RiR will be available for use starting in April 2011.
